Have you ever wondered where your next meal would come from? Or been starving all day only to find that you have no groceries at home? Have you ever had your clothes wear out but no way to purchase anything new? Have you ever had to ask for help? At the PPS Foundation, these are the types of questions we see students and families struggle with on a regular basis.
Every week we receive numerous requests asking for assistance with basic needs for our PPS families. These requests tug at our heartstrings. We want to be able to provide food help via our Little Free Pantry and Food Fund. We want to be able to purchase new clothing and uniforms for our students through our Clothing and Uniform Fund. We want to be able to support every request that comes to us, but our basic needs funds are very low.
